- WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

I ship from Los Angeles, California!

- WHAT IS THIS STORES RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if you accidentally place an order or your item is severely damaged. If you order the wrong item and wish to change it, please email me so that I can refund your previous order and you may make a new one for the correct item. If a wrong item is received in the mail or if you are missing an item, please contact me so that I may send you a replacement.

- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I do. However, please make sure your country is able to receive packages due to covid-19. If your package is returned to me, you will need to pay for shipping once more. 

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Preorder waiting time goes as follows:

If you are preordering pins, it can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be finished and sent to me. Please give extra time for pin grading, backing, and assembly! Pins take the longest to get out as it is the most taxing to work with. 

Acrylic charms may take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete depending on the amount purchased.

Prints and stickers take about a week to be produced and finished.

Once all items included in the preorder reach me, I will ship them out. For people in the USA it can take up to 5 days for it to reach you, and can take up to 3 months to reach those out of the United States (depending on the method of delivery). 

Please remember I am one person, not a warehouse, getting these orders out! Patience is very much appreciated. 

- WHY IS INTL SHIPPING SO MUCH?

I can not change how much international shipping is. The heavier the order, the more expensive. I wish I could make it cheaper, but I simply can't. 

- WHERE IS MY MAIL?

Sorry, but I have no idea what happens to your mail after it leaves my hands. However, all of your orders should come with a tracking number once it is shipped. If you don't receive one, please email me with your name and order number so I can help you out!

However, if your package is lost in transit, there is nothing I can do about it. Please contact your local post office about it and I am sure they can refund you! If I happen to have extra of said item, I will try my best to send a replacement. 

- WHY IS MY MAIL DAMAGED?

If I have sent out your package and it comes damaged, I apologize for the inconvenience; however I try to package your order as safely as possible! Mail carriers on the other hand do not care and the risk of getting a damaged package is always there.

- CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yes you can. If you make two separate orders, but want them shipped together, please email me so that I may combine them and return your shipping. 

- IF SOME ITEMS IN MY ORDER COME BEFORE OTHER ITEMS, CAN YOU SHIP THOSE FIRST AND THE OTHERS LATER?

No, I wait until everything has arrived for an order before sending them off. If you want some things to arrive before others, please make two separate orders and leave a note. Thank you.
